Hearthstone Foods is a Midwest grower owned company. The sorghums used in the foods are grown from the best know white food grade varieties available. The white food grade varieties have been identified by researchers as the most under-utilized, healthful, nutritious consumer food grain today. The growers meet strict standards beginning with field selection and continuing until the sorghum is delivered to the dedicated gluten-free flour milling facility. There the sorghum is thoroughly inspected and conditioned before processing. Testing is done to detect the presence of any contamination that prevents a gluten-free status. All mixing and packaging processing is done in facilities that are AIB inspected and certified. The mixing and packaging facility is Circle OU Kosher certified, practices HACCP and GMP disciplines.
